Over the years Paynter Dixon has certainly built a team consisting of strong, knowledgeable women within the Industry. There is a growing number of women in Senior Management positions and within project teams. A positive work culture is vital to all industries and Paynter Dixon are certainly doing their part to create that gender balance within Construction! Our vision is to increase participation within the Industry and educating from a grassroots level. This includes a flexible work-life balance and opening doors of opportunities to those qualified for the position, regardless of gender.
