At Paynter Dixon the safety of our employees, subcontractors, site visitors and general public is our number one priority.  Workplace Health & Safety is of critical importance in the planning, organisation and undertaking of Paynter Dixon’s operations, underpinning the goal of zero harm in the workplace.

Our OHS system is third party certified for compliance to AS/NZS 4801:2001.  We also hold accreditation from the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner, Australian Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme, which is required for certain projects funded directly or indirectly by the Australian Government for both Government and private projects.

Paynter Dixon continually improves its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems standard, to which the Company is accredited. The Quality Management System for design, construction under project management, construction management and traditional contracts ensures Paynter Dixon’s standards are approved by regular third party audits.  Every project is subject to our Quality Management System to ensure consistently high quality standard of workmanship.

The Company also maintains third party accreditation of its Environmental Management System (EMS) that meets the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 1400, complying with legislation, industry codes and standards. It has been incorporated in the company project management framework to make it part of the core project delivery process. 

Safety, Environment & Quality

Paynter Dixon have been awarded QMBA and QHA on numerous projects on a continuing basis, consistently taking out regional, state and national categories, earning recognition and industry standing. Our reputation is built on the success of our projects and ongoing post-project service, repeat business and recommendations from satisfied clients. Some clients have now completed around 30 projects with us over 30 years. We work hard to provide a standard of service that will create this sort of ongoing relationship.
