Health & Associated Service facility, Annerley

Paynter Dixon Queensland was engaged to undertake Storm Rectification works to the Indigenous Health Services building after a large hail storm hit Brisbane city. The affected areas were the external metal wall cladding, mechanical services, roofing and soffit linings.

In undertaking works a full permitted of scaffold and edge protection were installed to ensure safe access. PDQ replaced 10 roofs totaling about 665m2 of Trindek, Spandex & Klip-Lock roof sheeting.

Located on an extremely busy road with a bus stop out the front of the property. We implemented safe working practices and traffic controllers to ensure we maintained safe access for pedestrians at all times. At times PDQ undertook night works to ensure the disruption was minimal to the client and the public.
