All Hallows School, Brisbane

All Hallows School is located in inter-city Brisbane and required 11,500m2 of roof replacement. This included 3,270m2 of Heritage roofing. With 2,500m2 of the roofing having asbestos paint it meant full removal. Works included painting, shade sail works and various repairs to the twenty four (24) damaged buildings. The project also required the renewal of electrical services throughout the Heritage building and reconfiguring the pitch roofs, to maintain the original design. The school remained fully operation during construction.
