Pacific Harbour Golf Club, Brilbie Island

Paynter Dixon’s design and construction team worked closely with the developer, QM Properties, on this project from initial concept stage through to completion to create a unique development for the Pacific Harbour community.

This new and innovative club is the centerpiece of a fully integrated golf and residential community at Pacific Harbour that consists of 650 golf side and golf frontage home sites.

It comprises two wings linked by a single continuous floor level for ease of access. The western wing accommodates a cluster of fitness and recreation facilities while the eastern wing features a casual café/deli restaurant, bar and lounge, and also includes a function room, wine cellar, and private meeting spaces.

The development takes advantage of glazed operable walls and provides an abundance of natural light, connectivity and ventilation. Interior spaces offer views across a large open deck to the golf course and vistas beyond.

The finishes selected emphasise the solid enduring qualities of natural materials such as the timber and stone to enhance the comfort of guests. Driftwood, sand and foamy tones reflect a relaxed yet sophisticated island lifestyle.
