Paynter Dixon Queensland worked closely with the Frenchville Sports Club, preparing a Master Plan with staging options that would take them to the next level.

The Board had a hunger for success and decided to complete all stages at once resulting in a comprehensive repositioning for the Club. This redevelopment included a complete renovation of most areas of the club including a new kitchen and back of house area, boutique bistro bar, new cafe and dining, servery buffet, amenities and an extensive refurbishment of the 132 Machine gaming lounge.

Our priority was to create a unique point of difference for Frenchville to ensure it attracts new patrons while retaining existing ones. Fortunately the Club needed no encouragement to be bold. Paynter Dixon delivered a number of unique talking points such as the café toilets overlooking a full height garden through a picture window, a ‘floating’ bottle display and illuminated water feature, a private dining enclosure within the new café dining and feature glass enclosed BBQ area showcasing the theatre of cooking on a grill for patrons to watch and salivate. Currently, the leading Club in Central Queensland, the Frenchville Sports Club wanted to aim higher, and they were thrilled with the outcome.
