Central Queensland University Engineering Building, Mackay

The CQU Mackay Engineering Building is a contemporary tertiary facility offering modern teaching and learning spaces and specialised Laboratories for the teaching of Electronics and Mechatronic Engineering. The facility comprises of a two (2) storey building organised around a central atrium space that also functions as central circulation and event space.

Key features include the central atrium which provides a place where the inner workings and experiments being undertaken by students are on display, promoting engagement within the faculty and with visitors. The Engineering building offers over 3000m² of new building space which incorporates administration offices, post graduate laboratories, additional car parks and landscaping.
